When you sign up for a Passbase account, you will automatically have up to 50 free verifications in the sandbox project during your 30-day trial. Once you surpass your first 50 verifications or the 30-day trial period, you may want to consider one of our paid plans. As well, if you have purchased the Startup plan and have surpassed your 200 verifications, you can choose to upgrade to the Growth plan, which offers 2,000 verifications per month. Purchasing and upgrading plans is easily done from your Subscription settings.
Getting Started
In the top, right corner of your Passbase dashboard, you will see how many you have used and the total verifications included in your plan for the 30-day billing period.
Trial Sandbox Project
Once you hit your trial limit, you will not be able to perform any new verifications, however you will still have access to the Passbase dashboard. We have three plans that you can choose from to continue your Passbase experience. These plans are:
- Our Startup plan is ideal for workflows of up to 200 verifications per month. It offers enhanced features and starts at just $99 per month + $1.59 per verification monthly or $83 per month + $1.49 per verification annually.
- Our Growth plan accommodates workflows of up to 2,000 verifications per month. It starts at $299 per month + $1.39 per verification monthly or $249 per month + $1.29 per verification annually.
- Our Enterprise plan is a customized package tailored to fit your needs.

Paid Plans
Once you exceed your verification limit on a paid plan, you will still be able to perform verifications, these will simply be charged at a higher price point.
