What's two-factor authentication (2FA)? How do I enable it?

2FA adds an extra layer of security to your Passbase account, to better protect your users' data

What is 2FA?

With 2FA, you’ll protect your account using another trusted device, like a mobile phone, laptop, or tablet. After logging in with your username and password, you'll enter a unique, six digit code, received on your second device. We use Google's Authenticator app to deliver your code.

It's not required, but we highly recommend using 2FA to protect your account. Check here for more security tips and best practices.
