We collect the least amount of data needed to legally verify user identities and allow users to choose when we delete their personal data.
Passbase stores the verification data on the dashboard for 3 years, as long as the user does not submit a removal request prior to this. After the 3 year point, all transactions are hashed, encrypted, and archived for the life of the end user.
