What is the overall factor and how is it calculated?

The overall factor is a percentage that shows the trustworthiness of a verification

We also call the total score a trust score. It's the ultimate threshold for deciding to accept or reject a user. 

We use three factors to evaluate the total score:

1. Liveness
2. Facematch
3. ID authenticity 

You'll find total scores for each verification listed in your dashboard.
