How do you match users to their ID document?

The Facematch score or factor determines if the person in the selfie video is the same person in the photo ID

We compare a user's selfie video with the photo on their ID document to make sure that they belong to the same person. 

We calculate a facematch score as a percentage and average it into a user's total score. You can learn more about total scores here.
