How do I upgrade my plan?

When you sign up for a Passbase account, you will automatically have up to 50 free verifications in the sandbox project during your 30-day free trial. Once you surpass your first 50 verifications or the 30-day trial period, you may want to consider one of our paid plans. As well, if you have purchased the Startup plan and have surpassed your 200 verifications, you can choose to upgrade to the Growth plan, which offers 2,000 verifications. Purchasing and upgrading plans is easily done from your account settings.

Getting Started

If you have started with the Passbase free trial and have hit your 50 verifications limit or reached the end of your 30-day trial, we have three plans that you can choose from to continue your Passbase experience. These plans are:

1. Startup pricing plan is tailored for small companies that prefer to pay a bit more for a single verification but keep their subscription costs low. This plan is well suited for companies that plan to run fewer than 200 verifications per month.
2. Growth pricing plan is designed for growing startups and medium-sized companies that plan a stable amount of verifications per month, and want to lower the cost per verification. This pricing plan also includes the following additional features:
   • Advanced Customization
   • Biometric Authentication*
   • 5 Project Environments
   • Dedicated Integration Support
3. Enterprise pricing plan is made for enterprise-sized companies that have specific needs. For these customers, we offer custom pricing per verification, in addition to, the following features:
   • White-labelling
   • Customized Verification Flow
   • 5+ Project Environments
   • Dedicated Support

If you have signed up for the Passbase Startup plan but your company's needs have exceeded the included 200 verifications, you can easily upgrade to the Growth plan from the Passbase Dashboard. 

All account upgrades are charged to your credit card straight away and you will have instant access to the upgraded features available on your new plan. For clients upgrading an existing plan, your previous subscription payment will be pro-rated based on the number of days you have used this plan, including any verifications and additional charges.

Steps to Upgrade Trial Sandbox to Paid Plan

1. Go to to the Passbase Dashboard, and login with the email address and password used to activate your account

2. In the top left corner, click Activation
   
3. Click the Get Started button
   
4. Select the appropriate company information from the options given and click Next
   
5. Enter your billing information and click Next
   
6. Choose your billing period and preferred plan
   
7. Enter your billing and credit card information
8. Agree to the Subscription Services Agreement
9. Click Activate Account
   

Steps to Upgrade from Startup Plan to Growth Plan

1. Go to to the Passbase Dashboard, and login with the email address and password used to activate your account

2. In the bottom left corner, click Settings
   
3. Scroll down to the Organization section, and click Subscription
   
4. In the Your Subscription section, click Edit
   
5. Select billing period, and click the Growth Plan
   
6. Click Change
