If your billing address or billing contact has changed, you can easily update this information within the Passbase Dashboard settings.
Getting Started
If the company address associated with your credit card has changed, you will need to update this information in your Passbase Dashboard in order to ensure that all future payments can be processed. Click here for information on updating your payment method.
Steps to Update Billing Information
- Go to to the Passbase Dashboard, and login with the email address and password used to activate your account
- In the bottom left corner, click Settings
- Within the Organization section click Company
- Enter your new billing details in the Company Information box and click Save
- If you need to update the billing contact person, you can update this from the Billing Contact box and click Save
