Manually reviewing verifications can quickly become time consuming. Enable the Automatic Thresholds to determine whether your end users' verifications are automatically accepted, declined, or require manual review based on the total trust score.
Getting Started
From your Passbase Settings, you can set Automatic Thresholds to automatically accept, reject, or manually review verifications depending on the user's trust score. To avoid having to manually review verifications, you can set verification approval and rejection 1% apart to avoid any gaps in automated approvals.
Keep in mind that Automatic Thresholds feature is project specific and requires enablement for each individual project within your Passbase Dashboard
Auto Accept
Verifications with a total trust score equal to, or above, the Auto Accept threshold will be accepted. With this feature enabled, all verifications with a total trust score below the Auto Accept threshold will require manual review.
Auto Reject
Verifications with a total trust score equal to, or below, the Auto Reject threshold will be rejected. With this feature enabled, all verifications with a total trust score above the Auto Reject threshold will require manual review.
Manual Review
If you do not enable the Auto Accept or Auto Reject thresholds, all verifications will require manual review. With the Auto Accept and Auto Reject thresholds enabled, verifications with a total trust score between the thresholds will require manual review.
With the Watchlist check feature enabled, all verifications with a not clean check will require manual review.
