If a user falls below a certain total score, you can ask them to attempt their verification again.
Users sometimes fail verifications because of honest mistakes. In these cases, it's best practice to ask them to try again. Common mistakes include bad lighting or poor image quality.
If a user does fail, you can ask them to try again by following these steps:
- Navigate to your dashboard
- Locate the verification
- Click Check now
- Below the user's information, there should be a banner, asking you to send them a notification
- Click Resend
- The user will receive an email asking them to re-authenticate
- Once you're satisfied with the verification, either accept or reject the user
Tip: Users can be asked to attempt verifications as many times as necessary.
