Yes! To verify more than one document for each user, you can easily add additional checks to the verification flow within the Passbase dashboard.
Within the Passbase Dashboard, you can customize the verification flow to include additional document checks. In addition to Passports, National ID Cards, and Driver's Licenses, you can request your users submit an Insurance Card, a CDC Covid Vaccination Card, or a Proof of Address when verifying. The total score will include all of the submitted documents' identity authenticity and facematch factors into the total score.
If you add an additional check for National ID Card, Driver's License, or Passport, this document type will be removed as a selection for the core verification. For example, if you add Passport Scan, your end users will have the option to scan their National ID card or Driver's License as the first identity document.
The documents we support for any additional checks are:
- National ID card
- Drivers License
- Insurance Card
- Insurance Card (US)
- CDC Covid Vaccination Card
- Proof of Address
Steps to set multiple documents for verification
Go to the Passbase dashboard, and login with the email address and password used to activate your account
In the bottom left corner, click Settings
- Click Customization on the left hand side bar
- Click into the Additional Checks section
- Drag and drop your desired documents into the flow
- Click Publish Changes
